Refund policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued on our Virtual OTP Verification Platform.
Automatic refunds
If an activated number does not receive an SMS code within the stated activation window, the order is cancelled and the amount is refunded to your platform wallet automatically. No action is required on your part.
Wallet funds
Wallet top-ups are final. Once funds are added to your wallet, they can be used for any service on the platform but cannot be withdrawn or transferred, except where required by applicable law.
Failed deliveries
- Code received but wrong: not refundable — codes delivered to the purchased number are considered fulfilled.
- Number expired before use: refunded automatically.
- Platform rejected the number: try another country/pool; undelivered orders remain refundable.
Processing time
Automatic refunds are credited to your wallet immediately upon cancellation. Manual reviews, where needed, are completed within 24-48 hours.
Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds and suspend accounts engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms of Use.
